Why can't I make an appointment online?

Each dog is different in size, amount and type of hair let alone personality and tolerance. Since we mainly do one-on-one grooming we want to ensure your dog gets the time (even if there needs to be a break for them) to feel relaxed and safe in order to be groomed fully. A small dog can take between 1-2 hours but the only way we know this is to ask you questions before scheduling your appointment.

My dog can be aggressive at times. Can I bring him in for an appointment?

Depends. First, owners MUST inform the groomer if the dog has bitten anyone, other dogs or gets agitated by ANY part of grooming procedures. In the event that your dog becomes aggressive during the bath/grooming session, Diamond Dogs Grooming reserves the right to refuse services or stop the session at any time.

Do I need to bring my dogs records?

No. All pets are expected to have all of their vaccinations and be up to date on them as well. We do have you sign a release stating that your dog is fully vaccinated which is sufficient rather than bringing in all of you records.
